Dina Rae made quite an impression on rapper Eminem. Two days after a chance meeting in a Los Angeles parking lot, the singer was in the studio wrapping up their first collaboration, “Cum On Everybody.” The up-tempo cut became a favorite on the classic The Slim Shady LP. The 1999 collection catapulted Eminem from underground rapper to worldwide superstar. Since then, Dina Rae has collaborated on both of Eminem's subsequent multi-platinum albums, with songs such as “Drug Ballad” from 2000's The Marshall Mathers LP and “Superman” from 2002's The Eminem Show. She also collaborated with D-12 on their double platinum debut Devil's Night with the song “Pimp Like Me.” With each of these tracks appearing as track thirteen on their respective albums, Dina Rae affectionately earned the nickname with her fans, Track 13 Girl. “I'm a well rounded-artist; I sing, I write, I choreograph. I do it all!” exclaims Rae. She soon earned a spot on Eminem's 2002 Anger Management Tour. “I love Eminem for the exposure he gave me and keeping my energy out there. He took me all over the United States with that tour. I'm still the only female to ever be featured with him on his albums, on stage, and his tour DVD. It just made me thirsty for more.” Dina Rae's new album, Purple Diva will be produced by Scott Storch, Young Guru, Will I. Am and Denaun Porter, among others. With these highly acclaimed beat makers providing the backdrop, Dina Rae will emerge as a star in her own right.
